Pre-Order Questions
Most of our products are handmade or customized, so the processing time is typically 3-5 days. For phone cases, the shipping time is 5-7 days, as we need to ensure they are completely dry to guarantee no quality issues.
We offer worldwide shipping. If you can place the order, we can deliver it to your destination.
Currently, we provide free shipping to a few countries (e.g., the UK, Germany, and France).
For other international orders, free shipping is available for orders over $30. But don't worry, the shipping fee is $1 to $4 in general.

Cancellations: We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges: Most of our products are handmade and unique, so returns or exchanges are not available.

Questions about Products
-The crochet dash decors(with spring) come with a scent package, it's easy to become a car air freshener only need to open and place it in the plastic bottom box.
-Please contact me if you don't receive the scent package.
We made most of the vent clips/hanging accessories with high-quality plaster. You only need to drip 2 to 3 drops of essential oils or perfume into the back of the plaster to enjoy the pleasant fragrance.
-Please use it after air drying for 1 to 2 days to prevent the cream from soft by going through long-distance transportation.
-Please don't scratch any accessories, even thought they are sticky frimly. However, if any accessories fall off, please use the super glue in the gift package to glue them back.
-Please use the sanding sheet included in the package to sand any place you think is rought or shape.
-If the surface becomes dirty, please use wet wipes included in the package to wipe off the dust.
